Trick Daddy was busted in Miami-Dade on charges of cocaine possession and driving under the influence this weekend, the Miami Herald has learned.

Per the police report, a cop responded to a call about a driver hitting signs and running red lights in a Range Rover in the districts of Southwest 128th Avenue and 42nd Street in Miami at around 3:20 a.m. When cops pulled the vehicle over, that’s when they discovered Trick — whose real name is Maurice Samuel Young — who “appeared to be asleep behind the wheel.”

The Love & Hip Hop: Miami reality star explained he had “about five drinks” prior to leaving a club in the area, and claimed he was dropping someone off before heading back home. The report also describes the rapper having “slurred speech, bloodshot, watery and glassy eyes” and had a smell of alcohol on his breath.

After failing a sobriety test, Trick was taken to Hammocks District Station on 142nd Avenue, where police reportedly discovered cocaine inside a dollar bill as the entertainer surrendered his possessions. The 45-year-old, who already had a warrant for DUI, was booked into Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 7:30 a.m. this morning.

Trick’s been arrested several times throughout his career. His last reported arrest was in April 2014 on several charges, including possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of cocaine, and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested on a cocaine possession charge in 1991, and detained in 2003 for allegedly threatening to kill a man during a basketball game.
