Pembroke Pines, FL - A man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself and inappropriately touching a minor at a South Florida mall.
Pembroke Pines Police arrested 42-year-old Julian Todd Lambert on Tuesday on a felony county of lewd and lascivious molestation and one count of exposure of sexual organs.
Police say Lambert was in the mall's food court when he exposed himself then "touched the buttocks of a 10-year-old child who was standing next to her family."
The child's family confronted Lambert who fled the mall on foot.
Responding officers searched the area and found Lambert at a nearby bus bench along Pines Boulevard.
He was booked into the Broward County jail.
